In our recent survey, we explored the challenges of receiving adequate training when acquiring new feed formulation software. This survey sheds light on whether organizations allocate budgets for such training.
The findings were quite revealing:
67.5% of respondents reported that they did not receive proper training with their new software acquisition. This majority highlights a prevalent issue within the industry where organizations overlook the importance of training.
42.5% of respondents indicated that they did receive proper training. These organizations typically saw better outcomes in software utilization and overall productivity.
The disparity between these two groups underscores the critical role that training plays in the effective implementation of feed formulation software. Those who receive adequate training are more likely to fully utilize the software’s capabilities, leading to more efficient and accurate feed formulations.
