New Energy Approach for Cow Lactation in Germany!

In Germany, the Society for Nutritional Physiology (Gesellschaft für Ernährungsphysiologie) has developed an improved perspective on cow lactation.

Starting in 2025, we will exclusively use Metabolized Energy (ME) instead of NEL (Net Energy for Lactation) for determining requirements and milk yield for cows.

New formulas for feed and requirements will be introduced.

HYBRIMIN® will incorporate this change into both the Futter 5 and Futter X ration-balancing software.
